I agree with Brett! What is going on with Absolut? Other vodkas are advertising like crazy. These flavor ads are boring and unimaginative. I think they should go back to their old campaign. If you’re looking for ads to buy Brett, check out www.adfactory.ecrater.com
Hi guys, I have the same problem. Absolut is not advertising at all and if there are some ads they are old or boring. I think most of the Absolut collectors started to collect Limited Edition bottles. Ont he other side Absolut started to produce so many “limited editions” that it started to be impossible to collect them. most of them are produced in large numbers (like Absolut Masquerade) and only a few are really limited editions and hard to find ones. But at least covers and bottles are something you can put somewhere on a shelf and enjoy the look on your collection.

I am still collecting and trading ads. Olders Absolut ads as well as IAAW ads.
I am also collecting Absolut bottles and skins but I haven’t lost my passion for Absolut ads collecting.

this is the only place I could find to respond. this is off the subject, but….. I just watched “notorious” the movie based on christopher wallace, a.k.a. the notorious B.I.G. I recalled an absolut add in rolling stone many years ago titled “absolut B.I.G.” featuring a large absolut bottle with gold necklaces, a cap, etc. drawn to mimic mr. wallace. however, after extensive searches for this image, all I could find was a description of the add. I would love to see this image again and any help would really mean allot.

There is a new Absolut ad in Playboy June 2009 page 21. And also an older ad on page 23. Can someone from the USA provide us with more info or maybe a scan?

i am sorry to say all my ads except the collections and spectacular ads are laminated
i know people think laminating the ads was a bad idea but it actually protected them all in the end from wear tear and fading
i actually have a few framed and look great on the walls
